Nutrition + Lifestyle + Exercise = Weight Loss

Losing weight simplified into three major steps: nutrition + lifestyle + exercise. Lifestyle is actually what bonds the two (nutrition and exercise). If you change your lifestyle, you will be able to squeeze in nutrition and exercise. There is no room for fads, or things that just don’t work like non-intuitive weight loss systems.

Nutrition is simply having a well-balanced diet that consists of the major food groups, vitamins and minerals. If you incorporate all of those into a meal then you are well-covered.

It is not only good for your weight loss plan but it is also good for your health. Eating right will actually lower your risks of heart attack, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, cancer and many other diseases. If you continue living a sedentary lifestyle wherein you are smoking, drinking and doing all the things that will kill you in an instant, you will never lose weight and you will never be healthy.

You should not forget about exercising also. Exercising is very essential to anyone’s lifestyle. If you do this around 10-30 minutes a day, it will actually become a routine and you will feel so good sweating. You do not have to go to the gym to sweat. Not everyone can actually pay the dues of gym memberships. Not everyone also has the time to go to the gym. Not everyone is comfortable too of going to the gym. If you fall in any of these categories, you can simply work our at home. You can do yoga at home or you can also jog in the park during mornings before you go to work.

If you can combine all these things and work hard at consistently shedding a pound a week then you will reach your weight loss goals far more quickly then just going in one big burst. Weight loss isn’t a sprint and if you go in with that mindset you’ll fail.
