So how can we stimulate the disks in the spinal column?</p>
<p>There are two techniques that can be used to stimulate the disks in the spinal column. First is to do regular stretching and the second is by using a product called YOKO.</p>

<p>You can do the above stretching exercises before starting your day. You can do it in 18 counts one to two cycles each. Regulate your breathing as you stretch your muscles. Do not hold your breathing so to prevent the accumulation of lactic acid in your muscles (which are very painful).</p>
