Among the therapeutic action of the fruits you can include laxative action (because the cellulose content), action mineralized, diuretic action (due to high water content). It is highly recommended that fruits should be eaten raw; if you cook or process the fruits you will remove a lot of the nutritional value from them. It is also highly recommended to eat fruits especially in the morning and to do it on an empty stomach or before you eat food.

The best thing to do and the easiest way to introduce them in your every day diet is to make fruits and vegetables convenient at home.
Apples, pears, bananas, oranges and cherry tomatoes you don’t have to keep them in your refrigerator, you may keep them where ever you want in your kitchen and you can grab any piece of fruit whenever you want a small snack.

This will be a good way to keep “bad food” like candy of cookies away from your diet and will help you be healthy.
